01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website at www.rsweblabs.com or engaging RS WebLabs for any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or engage our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
02 Our Services
RS WebLabs provides the following digital services:
- WordPress website design and development
- Shopify store design and development
- WebFlow website design and development
- eBay listing template design
- Amazon storefront and A+ content design
- Custom web application development
- Website maintenance and support
All services are subject to availability and mutual agreement on scope, timeline, and pricing prior to commencement.
03 Project Process
Our standard project process is as follows:
- Discovery — We discuss your requirements, goals, and expectations
- Proposal — We provide a detailed quote, timeline, and scope of work
- Agreement — Both parties agree on the scope before work begins
- Development — We build and deliver the project as agreed
- Review — Client reviews and requests revisions within the agreed scope
- Delivery — Final files or access are delivered upon full payment
04 Payments & Pricing
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed. Our standard payment terms are:
- 50% deposit required before work begins
- 50% final payment due upon project completion before delivery
- Payments accepted via PayPal, bank transfer, or platform escrow (Fiverr/Upwork)
- Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless otherwise agreed
Failure to make payment may result in suspension of work or withholding of deliverables. All deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
05 Revisions & Changes
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as agreed in the project proposal. Our standard revision policy:
- Revisions must be within the original agreed scope of work
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed rounds will be charged at our standard hourly rate
- Significant scope changes after project commencement may require a revised quote
- Revision requests must be submitted in writing via email or messaging platform
06 Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final deliverables. The following terms apply:
- RS WebLabs retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing
- Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licences
- Source code and design files are transferred to the client upon full payment
- RS WebLabs retains no ongoing rights to the client's website or store after delivery
07 Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth project delivery, clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete project requirements at the start
- Supplying all necessary content, images, and assets in a timely manner
- Providing access credentials (hosting, CMS, platform accounts) as required
- Responding to queries and review requests within a reasonable timeframe
- Ensuring all content provided does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
Delays caused by the client's failure to provide required materials may affect the agreed delivery timeline.
08 Limitation of Liability
RS WebLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to:
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Data loss or corruption caused by third-party platforms
- Downtime or technical issues caused by hosting providers
- Changes to third-party platform policies (eBay, Shopify, etc.) that affect delivered work
Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
09 Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination:
- The client is liable for payment of all work completed up to the termination date
- The initial deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced
- Partial deliverables will be provided for work completed and paid for
- RS WebLabs reserves the right to terminate a project if the client engages in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful behaviour
10 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.
If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Punjab, Pakistan.
